EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Nobody understands more than us when you need to have your dream dress ASAP. There is no exchange fee and the dress can be exchanged for any other style available on our website, color or size without penalty. Our turnaround time for a dress exchange is done quickly to ensure you have your dress on time. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process and ship your exchange order. Keep in mind, exchanges can only be done 1 time.

To return or exchange your dress, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, otherwise we will not process an exchange or return. A return, or exchange must be requested within 5 days of the delivered date. Anything over 5 days from delivery, regardless of the situation, WILL NOT BE HONORED. We charge a 25% restocking fee for a returned dress. We also offer store credit with a 15% restocking fee. You can also visit our returns section. Please bear in mind, D&D Clothing does not profit whatsoever from restocking fees. The restocking fees are solely used to ensure that our prices are low for the quality and fabrics we provide.

D&D Clothing has right to issue refund in a form of store credit.

If you are purchasing more than 1 piece, our customer experience team will be contacting you to confirm a restocking fee before shipping out your order. Because the order has multiple pieces, the restocking fee will vary from the original 25%.

While most orders will fall under the default 25% restocking fee, there are some orders that may be subject to a higher restocking fee than normal due to the dress being a special order. In either case, our customer experience team will reach out to you to confirm with you.

ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE HANDLED BY THE CUSTOMER AND NOT D&D CLOTHING UNLESS THE DRESS IS DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT. IF THE DRESS IS DAMAGED, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL OF THE ORIGINAL TAGS, AND PLASTIC BAGS STILL INTACT AND ON THE DRESS. IF THE DRESS IS NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT HONOR THE RMA AND CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BACK TO THEIR ADDRESS.

ALL SALE ITEMS, AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. SALE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS WILL HAVE A RED "SALE" ON OUR WEBSITE, AND THE PRICE WILL BE COLORED IN RED INSTEAD OF BLACK AND YOU SHOULD SEE A WARNING AT CHECKOUT.

MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Exchange

If you receive a dress that doesn't fit, please contact us via email or chat, within 5 days of delivery so that you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for your order. Our customer experience team will reach out to you as soon as possible to verify some details. There is no restocking fee for an exchange order. You can exchange your order only for a dress available on the website. Items can only be exchanged once. If the exchange is not as wished, you can return the item for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, or store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and place a new order. The cost of return shipping for exchanges has to be prepaid by you, please allow 1-2 business days for us to exchange the dress from the time we receive it.


Refund

If you wish to return a dress for a refund, please contact us via email or chat within 5 days of delivery of your order. All returns for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This means you will receive a refund for the full amount of the item minus 25%. All dresses are fully inspected before exchanges or refunds are issued. ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE HANDLED BY THE CUSTOMER AND NOT THE D&D CLOTHING UNLESS THE DRESS IS DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT. IF THE DRESS IS DAMAGED, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL OF THE ORIGINAL TAGS, AND PLASTIC BAGS STILL INTACT AND ON THE DRESS. IF THE DRESS IS NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT HONOR THE RMA AND CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BACK TO THEIR ADDRESS. No items will be accepted that have been worn, soiled, flawed, smell of cigarettes, perfume, other odors and/or are covered with animal hair. If your item does not pass the inspection, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Sizing is not an exact science and we allow all of our customers to exchange their dress from one size to another with no restocking fee, so that you can get the correct size, so full refunds will not be offered for dresses that don’t fit. All of our dresses come with a red security tag that states "Removal Of This Tag Renders This Garment Non-Returnable”, try the dress on first and carefully inspect it before removing the tags.

Store Credit

Store credit is available for only a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned merchandise, a store credit code will be emailed to you the next business day. The store credit expires in 6 month from the time of issue. When you make a purchase with a store credit it will be a final sale .Please note a store credit plus a discount code cannot be used at the same time during checkout, the system is only allowed to use one per order.

Cancellations

After an order was placed by you, our warehouse gets ready to pack and ship it out as soon as possible so you can receive your dress right in time. In case you want to cancel an order before it was shipped please do within an hour after you placed your order. We charge a 10% cancellation fee for those that cancel after the hour.
