The Fifth Avenue Association has been named the new host of New York Fashion Week. The three-story venue will be converted into a runway, presentation, and activation space for designers to showcase their latest collection.

There has been a prior complaint about the previous venue of the show as attendees at New York Fashion Week complained about their frustration with Spring Studios, finding the wait for elevators to get to runway shows and the small lobby area inconvenient. While Spring Studios is expected to play host to at least several shows, as it has for many years now, it will no longer be the primary venue for NYFW collections.
